The short version: pay once, get a lifetime licence to use Indexa. The app runs entirely on your own computer, on your own accounts and quotas — so what happens on your machine (including your data and its storage) is yours and your responsibility. We can't and don't guarantee that search engines index your pages; no tool can. Questions and refunds: email us.

1. What you're buying

Indexa is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that submits your website's pages to search engines through their official interfaces (Google's Indexing API and the IndexNow protocol). A purchase is a one-time payment for a perpetual ("lifetime") licence — no subscription, no recurring charge — including free updates across version 1.x. The licence key is delivered on the post-purchase page and can be recovered any time by signing in with your purchase email.

2. Your licence

One licence is for one person or one company, on computers you own or control — Mac and Windows alike.
You may use it for your own sites and for client work.
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share your licence key, or offer Indexa itself as a hosted service to third parties.
The free trial gives full functionality for its stated period, once per person — please don't circumvent it.

3. It runs on your computer — and on your accounts

Indexa operates entirely locally. It connects to Google and to IndexNow using your credentials, your Google Cloud project, and your API quotas. You are responsible for:

your device, its disk space, and backups of your local data — the app's projects and history live only on your machine, and we cannot restore them;
complying with Google's and Microsoft's applicable API terms of service;
only submitting sites you own or are authorised to manage.

We store nothing of your app data on our side — see the Privacy Policy — and accordingly we are not responsible for any data stored on, or lost from, your own equipment.

4. No indexing guarantee

Indexa reliably submits your pages through official channels. Whether and when a search engine crawls, indexes, or ranks a page is entirely that engine's decision, and can change without notice. We make no promises about indexing outcomes, rankings, or traffic.

5. Third-party services

Google's Indexing API, the IndexNow protocol, and the search engines behind them are third-party services that may change, limit, or discontinue their interfaces. We'll do our best to keep Indexa working with them across 1.x updates, but we can't control them.

6. Refunds

If Indexa isn't working out, email support@questera.ai from your purchase address — we handle refund requests promptly and fairly. A refund revokes the licence.

7. Warranty disclaimer & liability

Indexa is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questera Marketing's total liability arising out of or relating to Indexa is limited to the amount you paid for your licence, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data stored on your own equipment.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Changes are not retroactive to purchases already made — your lifetime licence stays a lifetime licence.
