Is it really a one-time payment?+
Yes. Pay once and Indexa is yours, including free updates across version 1. The regular price is $49 — for the first 100 customers it's $19. Your licence key arrives right after checkout and activates offline — there's no subscription and no recurring charge.
Does submitting guarantee my pages get indexed?+
No tool can guarantee that — indexing is always Google’s and Bing’s decision. What Indexa guarantees is that they know about every page, the day it’s published or updated, through their official submission APIs. That’s the part you can control, automated.
What do I need to set up?+
A sitemap (every CMS generates one), and a free Google Cloud OAuth setup for the Indexing API — Indexa walks you through it step by step, with a full guide and video. Bing via IndexNow needs no account: you upload one small text file to your site.
How many pages can it submit per day?+
Google's Indexing API allows 200 submissions a day per Google account (Google can grant more on request); Indexa tracks the budget, spreads it across your sites, and lets you set each site's share. IndexNow accepts around 10,000 URLs a day per site.
Does it work for multiple sites?+
Yes — add as many projects as you like under one purchase. The daily Google budget is shared across them, split evenly or exactly how you choose.
Where does my data go? What do you store?+
Everything the app does happens on your own computer: your sites, credentials, and submission history live in a local database on your machine, and your computer talks directly to Google and IndexNow. We never see or store any of it — the only thing kept on our side is your purchase record (email + licence key), so you can recover your key. Because your data lives on your own device and disk, backing it up is in your hands — see the Privacy Policy below.
Which computers are supported?+
Apple Silicon Macs (M1 and later) on a recent macOS, and 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. The Mac build is signed and notarized by Apple. The Windows build isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows shows a “Windows protected your PC” prompt the first time — choose More info → Run anyway. One licence covers both.
