Activating needs an internet connection and registers the licence to one computer; after that the app keeps working offline, and moving to a new computer just means activating there — there's no subscription and no recurring charge.

No tool can guarantee that — indexing is always Google's and Bing's decision. What Indexa guarantees is that they know about every page, the day it's published or updated, through their official submission APIs. That's the part you can control, automated.

Both. Apple Silicon Macs (M1 and later) on a recent macOS — the build is signed and notarized by Apple — and Windows 10/11 (64-bit). The Windows build is not code-signed yet, so Windows shows a "Windows protected your PC" warning on first run — click More info → Run anyway. One licence covers whichever platform you are on, at no extra cost. Intel Macs are not supported. The Mac download is Apple Silicon only. There is no Linux build either.
